Canada is a North American country consisting of ten provinces and three territories with a maple leaf symbol in the flag. The education system in Canada includes the government-funded schools and private schools, from kindergarten to pre-university. Whereas all universities in Canada are owned by the government, the programs that are offered ranging from Undergraduate to Doctorate and usually begin in September.
Education is a provincial responsibility under the laws of Canada, so there is a difference in educational systems in various provinces. However, this level of education throughout the country is in the same level as the university in the USA and other Commonwealth countries.
In general, the length of primary and secondary education in Canada is 11, 12 or 13 years depending on the province. From here, students can continue to universities and colleges, or in Quebec they can continue in CEGEP (College of General and Vocational Education).

REQUIREMENTS TO STUDY IN CANADA *

It located in the province of Alberta and situated in Rocky Mountains.
• Fort Walsh National Historic Park
Fort Walsh was one of the most important posts set up by the North West Mounted Police in western Canada in the 19th c. It was built in 1875 by James Walsh in order to put an end to the illegal whisky trade. In the park, there are a large gallery exhibition illustrates the highlights of the region’s rich history, such as the Mounted Police, the people of the plains, the fur and whisky traders, government expeditions and the town of Fort Walsh.
• Lake Louise
Lake Louise is the main attraction in Banff National Park. Its shimmering waters are mainly turquoise to dark green in color. Although the water is too cold for bathing it is ideal for canoeing. The Stoney Indians named Lake Louise “Lake of the Little Fishes”.
